Controlling access into the facility for members.
Communicating and providing information to staff, members and guests.
Adhering to operational and administrational requirements as set out by Virgin Active.
Ensuring a smooth, effective flow at the reception area.
Resolution of member queries.
– Matric or Grade 12 qualification.
– Be able to work flexible hours over weekends and public holidays.
– Strong communication skills.
– Must have a passion to engage with customers.
