Under limited supervision, co-ordinates, oversees and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, fiscal and programme support activities for Postbank Executives. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative

Summation contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. Develops and manages all formal records and archives for the Postbank Executives. Oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision and completion of special / small projects and events and serves on a variety of committees in a support capacity. • Assisting the Postbank Executive Management in effective and efficient managing the responsibilities of their

offices (CFO, GM: Business Development, SM: Postbank Corporatisation, Postbank EXCO) • Gathers and assembles data / necessary background information / management information which

Management require, analyse and report in required format • Design and prepare involved presentations/reports/statutory returns using operational knowledge to meet

requirements • Responsible for all procurement related processes • Assisting, preparing and submitting Postbank reports on time to stakeholders • Arranging meetings for Postbank Executive Management and provide support services at these meetings • Accepting, processing, guiding, distribute and track successful resolving of enquiries and complaints • Co-ordinate and arrange all events of Postbank Executive Management • Responsible for all administrative functions including maintenance of the section filing system, ordering

Key Responsibilities stock, budget monitoring, etc. • Co-ordinate, compile, quality documents for circulation of the Postbank Committee, Postbank EXCO via the

Company Secretaries office and other management structures • Communicate and interact on a professional level with other stakeholders • Research and information gathering when required • Assist and give support on business plans • Ensure compliance to standard Project Governance and Methodology frameworks • Provide administrative support to corporatisation project teams • Act as central information source by maintaining and distribution project details e.g. organisation charts,

contractual details, project progress and weekly status reports from different work streams • Travel arrangements (domestic/international) including flight bookings, visa applications, foreign exchange,

hotel bookings, land transport arrangements (domestic) • Assist in project planning and manage small projects Minimum Requirements • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4), Diploma in Project Management will be an added advantage • At least three years’ experience in a similar position or with applicable administrative/ project management

exposure • Computer literacy in terms of MS Office suite
